He got famous when YouTuber Wes Tank rapped some of his books, which are known for their beautiful rhyming patterns.

One person said, “I was about to comment 2Pac, Biggie, or Eminem, but d***, Dr. Seuss is on another level.”

A second commenter replied, “Rhythm And Poetry at its finest.”

Another Redditor added, “I’d like to think Dr. Seuss would be a huge hip-hop head today.”

2. Jay Z

When Eminem was asked who was the greatest rapper of all time, he mentioned Reggie along with other rappers, such as 2Pac, Jay-Z, and Jada, and when he was about to mention the ninth, that’s when Eminem mentioned himself.

One person commented quoting Eminem’s words, “It goes: Reggie, Jay-Z, 2Pac and Biggie. André from OutKast, Jada, Kurupt, Nas, and then me.”

One user stated, “For me, it’s 2pac for the raw emotion he always managed to put in the songs and the variety between them. I get tired of most [rappers], but his songs always pull me back after a while not hearing them…same for Biggie but to a lesser extent.”

“Absolutely, hands down the best,” the second person replied.

A third commenter agreed, “Facts. Eminem is by far the greatest rapper of all time.”

Kendrick Lamar is another great rapper, which should come as no surprise. People often say that he is one of the most influential hip-hop artists of his time because he has excellent musical taste and writes relevant songs about social issues.

One Redditor stated, “Kendrick Lamar is unmatched. He is the first non-classical music artist to win a Pulitzer. He is an absolute lyrical genius. The number of literary references in his work speaks to the depth and breadth of his study of Black American Literature. His social commentary is unparalleled. I.am.a high school English teacher, and we study his work in class.”

Another user replied, “Also, his discography is nearly flawless. He knows how to put together a well-packaged album with themes, great production, structure, and an overarching story that ties it all together. There’s definitely an argument to be made for him being the greatest.”

One Reddit user said, “I’m surprised this isn’t higher. He was years ahead of his time.”

The man was taken way too soon.” Finally, the third one added, “Agreed. I can’t imagine what he could have accomplished with another 25 years. None of his contemporaries had his flow or his sheer natural ability. He changed the game.”
