Maybe it's a singer whose music you used to sing along with, or an actor in films that resonated with you—but over time, their image has shifted until one day you realize that you no longer like or agree with this person. So today let's discuss: What celebrity did YOU stop liking?

1. Bill Cosby
One Redditor shared, “Well, Bill Cosby for one.”
Another user replied, “The worst part for me was the hypocrisy. RIP Norm.”
“Yeah. Yeah. The hypocrisy!… And the other thing. Well… maybe the other thing is worse. But also the hypocrisy!” another commenter added.
2. Snoop Dog
One user shared, “I also hate Snoop Dog for advocating for Bills release. He said all 60 victims were liars.”
Anther responded, “Honestly .. I feel like celebrities stick up for each other no matter how [terrible] they are. Some of these celebrities still support Roman Polanski (for example) even after that vile act he did.”
Another user added, “It’s like anything, when you know the person it shifts your perspective. If someone told you that your longtime friend was a predator, you like to think you’d believe them. But realistically you’d probably be one of the hardest to convince. I’m not saying Snoops is not a [horrible person] for this, just that lots of people probably have the same mindset and we don’t get to hear about it because they’re not famous.”
3. Chris Brown
A user shared her story and posted, “Chris Brown. I had the biggest crush on him as a pre-teen/teenager. I grew up not too far from his hometown, so it was really cool to see someone from my area gain massive success…but between the domestic violence with Rihanna and Karrueche Tran, I'm done. As a woman, I just can't continue to support. I was offered a free ticket to a concert of his a few years ago, and I turned it down.”
Another user added, “A verbal argument ensued and Chris Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt.
Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, ‘I'm going to beat the shit out of you when we get home! You wait and see!' The detective said Robyn F. then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales, who did not answer. Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, ‘I'm on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.'
After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, ‘You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!' Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.
Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness. She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away.”
“This is the only thing I know Chris Brown for. I had no idea whether he was an athlete, a singer, or what. Imagine being known only for being a monster.”, one user also responded.
4. Nicki Minaj
One Redditor posted,”Nicki Minaj. I was a huge fan, a bit of a Barb truly, until she started collabing with 6ixnine, defended her brother and married a rapist. There's something odd there to be in connection with multiple predators lmao.”
Another user asked, “And didn’t the victim accuse Nicki and her husband of harassing and threatening her so that she would say she was lying about the rape in order to get his sex offender status revoked? I seem to remember reading something really fucked up about that situation.”
“They harassed her AND her adult daughters over this. I was a barb once and it all disappointed me. That and her treatment of new women rappers. Cardi didn't deserve that and Latto didn't deserve what she just got.”, one user answered. A user seconded with, “The thing with Nicki is that she first went after Lil Kim for pretty much no reason at all and became famous at a time when there weren't a lot popular modern female rappers to compete with. Later, Cardi B gets popular, and suddenly Nicki has a problem with it…”
5 Any Scientologist
One user posted, “Any Scientologist.”
Another Redditor responded, “It's so weird watching “Handmaids tale” knowing Elisabeth Moss is a huge Scientologist.”
“I stopped watching when I found out that she was.Can't enjoy anything from her anymore,” another added.
A fourth user agreed, “Same here. Kind of hard to watch a feminist hero fight evil tyranny when in real life, she's the evil tyranny. Like watching her rescue women, while knowing that Scientologists lock people in rooms and psychologically torture them was just too incongruous.”
